Liked the receptionist when I arrived. I arrived two hours early and he checked if my room was ready and it was - he checked me in straight away. He was so lovely and explained everything to me. The receptionist staff were so helpful when I had questions about laundry and they helped to give me the right change from notes for the launderette. Convenient area with a team stop right outside and can be in the city centre within 15 minutes. An Albert store opposite and close by to a shopping mall for essentials. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel which was good value. I enjoyed the room, very pleasant and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and I had fresh towels daily. I stayed in the room a lot actually because it was so comfortable and the WiFi was good.

Despite being located in Prague 3, approximately 20-25 minutes away from the city center, the convenience of having the tram stop directly in front of the hotel was a major plus. Overall, despite the slight distance from the center, the excellent amenities and convenient transportation options made for a pleasant stay.
